It is also called “Yogic sleep” as the only objective is to do nothing but lay in a comfortable position and listen to the sound of my voice as it guides you into total relaxation.

03 — Somatic Breathwork
Somatic Breathwork is a powerful tool used to calm the mind and body. Using only the guidance of breath, we clear out unwanted stress, emotions and negative energy lingering in the body, thus creating space for bliss, joy and happiness to come in.
With breathwork we relieve the excess pressure from the body by breathing deeply into the belly, intentionally sending stress up and out of the body. By doing so we clear any stagnant energy or emotion that is causing harm, disruption or dis-ease in our bodies.
Stored stress can cause significant physical and mental health issues by keeping the body in a prolonged state of distress. Symptoms can include inflammation, chronic pain, digestive problems, muscle tension, heart issues, weakened immunity, burnout, cognitive difficulties and even depression.
Breathwork gives us a safe space to release stress in a healthy way.
The second half of breathwork is gentle and soothing. Designed to teach us how to regulate our nervous system. We intentionally breathe in a calm and slow way to call in joy, love and gratitude. The aftermath is pure peace and bliss, leaving our bodies feeling utterly illuminated.
This new perspective shapes our way of relating with ourselves, friends, families and with the world around us.
04 — Massage & Energy-work
90 or 120 minute Full body therapeutic massage will include a combination of Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, Cranial Sacral, Reflexology, and trigger point.
With over 16 years of experience this is much more than a massage, it’s an experience.
Massage has been proven to Lower cortisol, increase dopamine and serotonin, reduce stress, increase blood flow, boost immune system and help with over all sleep and relaxation.
Reiki energy work sessions are 30 or 60 minutes stand alone. Can be combined with a massage.
